''Work Hard"

The term "Work hard". Errr.. What it means?? i'm actually quite attracted of the statement that was made by the Chinese employer, who declined to be named; in the blog 'chedet.com'(one of the famous blog in this region) He said that the good employee is the employee that can 'work hard'. 'Work hard' here means that people are capable to work with their 'brains' and not only with their'strengths'. Yea, I'm realized and strongly agree wif his statement... As we know that, today employer or boss are more 'demanding' to hire employees that can work harder and thus could do contribution to the success of the company. Agree or not?? Yea, of course agree rite?..however, the term of 'work hard' here also means employee should be more pro-active which is can come out with the new ideas and strategies that will contribute to the success of the organization. do you know that, sometimes, the employer do not expecting a genius staff but most vital thing for them is a pro-active,self motivated, good working attitude and also transparent employee. CGPA is not really important?? errk..probably..yes!!! Even you are graduated wif the CGPA of 3.5+ or above but if you are lack of interpersonal skill, so that you will get nothing. The employer also needs the employee that confident enough. If you are confident enough, therefore, it is easy for you to convincing and persuades others. This is time to change (including me..hehe I'm also need more improvement) .Exactly!! We should always update and upgrade ourselves. We need a changing and improvement, so that we will achieve more. Impossible is nothing. We should learn through our weaknesses and failure!!Learning through our weaknesses and failure is the true secret of the 'SUCCESS'.

Peace No War

'Conflict', 'fighting', 'combat', 'cruel' and etc. Do you know that all these terms are relating to the word 'WAR'? Of course we definitely know. Perhaps we should first ask ourselves. What are the major causes of it?? Why it (war) still continuously happen without having an ending?? Is it an ethical value that naturally given by God to human beings was already abolished? Ermmm quite difficult to answer it right? What's about modern war?? Modern war is a war that was happened after World War II. All the urbane technologies such as nuclear weapons are to be used..Ouh, so dangerous!!. It remembering me to the tragedy that was happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki 64 years ago, how the nuclear weapons that used was given bad effects to the people in the next generation in Japan. Can we imagine a world without war?? Indeed it will be wondrous! Heaven on earth. How nice it! errrr but its quite intricate to be realized. Perhaps, it maybe will become a dream only. When we talk about war, it makes me wonder about how come people do not like peace?? I felt so pity to the people in Gaza. How the innocent people especially children was died and suffer injured because of 'WAR'. So sad. Praise to the God because our beloved country 'Malaysia'is full with peacefulness, calmness, harmonious, and etc. At least, I'm still having an opportunity to live in harmony with my beloved family and those who I really appreciate in my life. Thanks God. MY wish is May God 'save the Gaza' and frees it from war!! No War, No Tears!!
